Members who provide services directly to the visitor and meeting planners, i.e., hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc., will receive a basic listing in the following publications:

Members will also be given discounted rates for display advertising in the Glendale Regional Travel Planner.

Member Directory Online
Members will be included in the GCVB Member Directory (online version)

GCVB members will receive a business listing and 50-word description on the GCVB website, www.VisitGlendale.com. A hyperlink to your site is also included.

Member’s special events and festivals which directly relate to a visitor and/or meeting-convention audience will be included on the Google powered www.VisitGlendale.com calendar.

Members will be provided on-going opportunities with the GCVB social media products including Facebook and Twitter. A minimum of one item per month will be accepted per member for consideration of inclusion.

Leads
Qualified leads generated and received by the GCVB are provided to members who can fulfill the specified type of service or product being requested. GCVB members will be given the opportunity to market directly to the lead contact.

Networking Events
Held bi-monthly, the GCVB Lunch Club is an ideal opportunity for members to meet, exchange business contacts and leads and participate in ongoing educational opportunities.

The GCVB Annual Meeting will be held annually in late spring.

Advertising
Members will be given opportunities for co-operative advertising in partnership with the GCVB and its partners.

Brochure Distribution
Members that are visitor oriented will be given the opportunity to display brochures at the Glendale Visitor Center, an official local visitor information center designated by the Arizona Office of Tourism. Members will also have a wide array of opportunities to provide collateral for distribution at GCVB mobile information booths, member networking events and at Glendale’s signature festivals.

Communication: GCVB E-Newsletter
Members will receive regular e-newsletter updates on local and national tourism statistics and trend, events and activities. Members will receive one free feature per year in the e-newsletter.
 
Sales Missions, Conventions and Trade Shows
The GCVB will facilitate and participate in and represent the West Valley in a wide variety of sales missions, conventions and trade show which best meet the needs of GCVB members.

Familiarization Tours and Host Opportunities
The GCVB will actively seek and promote familiarization tours and host opportunities for members.

Marketing Resources/Media Relations
The GCVB will provide marketing and media resources to members. These opportunities include circulation of press releases, media coverage opportunities and educational workshops and seminars.

Tourism Organizations
The GCVB will participate and represent the West Valley in a wide array of select and highly valued tourism and hospitality organizations including Destination Marketing Association International, Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, Valley Hotel & Resort Association and Meeting Planners International.
 
Glendale Visitor Center Digital Display
Members with special events and festivals which directly relate to a visitor and/or meeting-convention audience will be included in the Glendale Visitor Center Digital Display program. A minimum of one item per month will be accepted per member for consideration.

Shop Glendale (Glendale Members Only)
Members with businesses within the city of Glendale limits will be given the opportunity to participate in the Shop Glendale program.
