What brought you to Glendale: We were house-shopping when I peeked through the window of a house in Glendale and my heart just jumped seeing it. I KNEW I was home.
What drew you to the kitchen: “My husband “. His passion for food has directly impacted our menu. I love gardening and being creative so much that I’d skip meals – hence our delicious assortment of protein Smoothies and frozen fruit bars.
Culinary training and experience: Semester of home economics, foreign and gourmet foods and time in the kitchen with my mom, mother-in-law and grandmas.
Favorite Tools of the trade: Colored sharpies for writing on Smoothie and Iced Coffee cups.
Favorite food: Portobello Stuffed Mushroom Ravioli – hands down alltime favorite!
Hobbies: Gardening, Reading, Graphic design, Sewing, Re-arranging things.
Unique dishes you prepare: Peanut Butter Sandwich with homemade White Chocolate Raspberry Jam. Red Mushroom Mocha Coffee - perfectly legal and fortified with a potent, nutritional extract from the Malaysian Reishi Mushroom.

Advice for new restaurant owners: Use high quality ingredients and get the word out. For every 100 people considering you, only 3-10 will visit. Never stop promoting.
