Ingredients: 4 Scallops of veal or pork, butter for frying, ½ cup of cream, 1 shot Jaegermeister (optional), 1 tsp. mustard, dash of paprika, salt and pepper, lemon juice, flour, tbsp. Chopped capers
Instructions: Lightly dust scallops with flour and cook in buttered pan. When done, remove meat and add water, capers, salt and pepper, paprika and mustard. Bring to a boil and add cream and Jaegermeister. Pour over meat and serve.
